Tradesmen Crane & Equipment LLC frequently performs MEP demolition as part of various interior/exterior demolition projects. TCE’s skilled team has performed extensive and complex heavy mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects in many locations and under challenging site conditions. Scopes of work have ranged from complete demolition of all mechanical systems for a municipal waste/water treatment facility; to removal of rooftop units, cooling towers and associated supply/return piping; to removal of chillers, boilers, tanks, pumps, flues and heating equipment from the most difficult, inaccessible mechanical & penthouse rooms.
